If the planning application fails we take the hit - not you. In the example above, the £40,000 sunk on consultancy fees, ecology and biodiversity reports, D&A statements and application fees is our risk. If the site fails to secure consent you owe us nothing and we move onto the next. We are financially incentivised to secure greenlight deals that win for all involved.
